PHOENIX (AP) — The Arizona Diamondbacks have again optioned young left-hander Tyler Skaggs to Reno and recalled two relievers from the Triple-A club. The team also placed left-handed reliever Matt Reynolds on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left elbow Monday. Skaggs made three starts in place of injured right-hander Brandon McCarthy and gave up five runs over five innings in a 6-2 loss to San Francisco on Sunday. The Diamondbacks, who opened a three-game series against the Dodgers in Los Angeles on Monday night, recalled right-hander Charles Brewer and left-hander Joe Paterson from Reno.Read more on NewsOK.com
