Sometimes the execution doesn’t quite match the fight. Such was the case Tuesday night in Colorado State’s 70-68 loss to Boise State. Trailing by double-digits at multiple instances during the second half, the Rams found a way to force the game down to the final second thanks to a late charge. It’s the kind of fight that is encouraging for CSU, but it only arose because miscues throughout much of the game forced them into trouble late. The Rams came out aggressive offensively and exploited holes in Boise State’s paint defense.
