Two eastbound lanes were reopened on the San Mateo Bridge on Highway 92 in Foster City Monday morning after a major collision caused an hour delay, authorities said. The crash was reported about 8:50 a.m. between Foster City Boulevard in San Mateo and the toll plaza in Hayward, according to the California Highway Patrol. At least four vehicles, including an U-Haul box truck, were damaged in the accident and debris blocked all lanes, CHP said. There was no immediate information on injuries. Clean-up crews and tow trucks were on scene to clear the highway.
