The civil case between tanker truck driver David Hunt Cowles and Coomes Oil & Supply Inc. has been settled and will not go to trial, according to an attorney in the case. Stuart Ratzan, who represents Cowles, said the two sides have reached a confidential settlement. Ratzan said that, because of the confidentiality agreement, he couldn’t give further details. read more
