PROVIDENCE -- Two men are in stable condition at Rhode Island Hospital after an overnight shooting on Federal Hill.The men, 22 and 25 years old, were shot shortly after 1 a.m. in the vicinity of 90 Spruce St. and driven to the hospital by friends, according to Providence Police Commander Thomas Verdi.
