An incident described by company officials as an “unplanned outage” at the BP-Husky Toledo refinery in Oregon cause municipal officials to issue a brief warning to residents Tuesday afternoon.

A Toledo woman who stole money and two cell phones from an 86-year-old man was ordered Monday to spend six months at the Correctional Treatment Facility and to pay $600 in restitution to the victim.
