SSU cemetery disinterment hearing scheduled

A public hearing has been scheduled to hear citizen concerns about Savannah State University’s plan to build over an abandoned cemetery.
The hearing will take place at 9:30 a.m. April 11 before Superior Court Judge Louisa Abbott in Courtroom C of the Chatham County Courthouse, 133 Montgomery St.
