Milwaukee County sheriff's captains Kerri McKenzie and Darlene Goodlette have won legal fees over their fight for reinstatement to their old jobs and Sheriff David A. Clarke must read a statement at daily roll calls announcing that the two were reinstated as captains, according to a ruling by Judge John Siefert.
