From release Lancaster County will receive $33,613 in Federal Emergency Management Agency funding to supplement emergency food and shelter programs. Deborah Boulware, United Way of Lancaster County’s executive director, said the county has been receiving an annual FEMA allotment for many years. Recipients have included HOPE, the Lancaster County Council on Aging, The Citadel House, KARE and Christian Services.
