City Council President Bill Linehan plans to use a City Hall hearing today to urge the operators of two controversial medical marijuana dispensaries planned for Boston to find new locations.One shop is planned for Boylston Street in the Back Bay and another for Southampton Street, near several methadone clinics.“We’ve had no input into this,” Linehan told the Herald.
