Lancaster County Council voted 5-2 April 9 to deny a conditional-use application that would let bilingual Chinese-American congregation Truth In Grace Bible Church build a sanctuary on Harrisburg Road in Indian Land. County Councilman Larry Honeycutt, who made the motion to deny, noted that neighboring residents and property owners submitted a 103-signature petition asking county leaders to reject the application.
