CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — A city councilman in Corvallis was arrested after threatening his brother-in-law with a loaded handgun, according to police and court documents. Mark Page, 47, was booked into jail on charges of menacing, harassment, disorderly conduct, unlawful use of a weapon and recklessly endangering another person, according to court documents filed Monday. Page remained in jail pending his arraignment.
