GOSHEN - More than two and a half years after Eric Geter Sr. was struck and killed by a car, a Cornwall woman pleaded guilty Monday in Orange County Court to vehicular manslaughter in the case. Linda Ibrahim will face up to two and a third to seven years in prison.Geter, 32, of Newburgh, was walking to work at 5:38 a.m.
