CORALVILLE — Coralville police seized more than eight pounds of meth following a traffic stop last week. According to Coralville police criminal complaints, officers pulled over 38-year-old Dawn M. Colunga, of Indianapolis, at 101 Village Drive in Tiffin around 7:05 p.m. Dec. 15. Police said 54-year-old Miguel A. Ruiz Santillan, address unknown, was a passenger in the back seat. Police said a K-9 officer was deployed and detected the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.
