Cops: Stamford Man Threatened Neighbor With Knife

At one point, police said, Curtis Williams pulled an 8.5-inch folding knife from his pocket and threatened his neighbor. Nearby residents then called the police, who arrived and arrested both brothers without further incident. Curtis Williams was charged with criminal possession of a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and breach of peace.
