BETHEL — A Rockwell Road man was arrested Wednesday night after police said his alcohol level was three times the legal limit when he crashed into another car. No one was injured in the accident, which happened about 9 p.m. Plumtrees Road and Maple Avenue, but both cars had heavy front-end damage, police said.
