Cops Id Jogger Rape Suspect

Police on Friday identified the suspect in the Wednesday rape of a woman in a Lower East Side Park. According to cops, Paul Niles, 28, accosted the 26-year-old victim, who was jogging in East River Park near Cherry Street at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, and motioned for her to be quiet, police said.
