BROOOKFIELD — One of the drivers in a two-car crash on Route 25 last week was intoxicated and had marijuana in his car, police said Tuesday. Police said Johannessen, who had marijuana and several beer bottles in the vehicle, failed the field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
