Richard Conklin said the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad was alerted that a man, later identified as Orlando Rodriguez, would be making a “large scale” cocaine delivery Saturday night, just below the Merritt Parkway. Rodriguez, 19, of Madison Avenue, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of over an ounce of narcotics with intent to sell.
