NEW PALTZ – Two New Paltz men were charged with felony burglary after threatening a third man with a handgun during a break-in, according to a press release from the New Paltz Police Department.The two charged are Ali S. Khalil, 19, and Chevon A. Lawrence, 21.At about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to an apartment complex where suspects armed with a handgun had been reported running away from the building.
