A Pontiac woman with an extensive criminal history, including a prostitution-related crime and assault, has been charged in the May 11 murder of William Spencer Bell, who she identified as her boyfriend.Marita Glynise Talley, 35, was arraigned Tuesday morning in front of Judge Preston Thomas of Pontiac's 50th district court, denied bond and returned to the Oakland County Jail.
