Confession Fought In Crash That Killed Moped Driver

The attorney for driver Britney Wilkinson argued Friday that her confessions in a fatal hit-and-run case should be thrown out because she wasn't read her rights. The crash 35-year-old Navy veteran Nicholas Rozanski, who was on a moped, in September in Milwaukee.
