Company Says Flint Em Told Employees: Keep Water Work To Minimum Required

Flint's state-appointed emergency manager told an engineering company to do no more than the minimum required by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality as it helped prepare the city's water treatment plant for full-time operation three years ago, the company says in a statement to MLive-The Flint Journal.
