Residents have moved back into the Turning Point shelter in Mount Clemens following a fire at the facility last month that displaced several dozen people.The shelter re-opened Monday for the approximate 40 women and children who spent about a week in alternate housing, according to Karan Bates-Gasior, the shelter's development director.
