Commissioner: Lackawanna County Chief Of Staff To Resign

Lackawanna County Chief of Staff Andy Wallace is expected to resign Wednesday as the result of a police investigation stemming from an incident in Archbald, county Commissioner Jerry Notarianni said tonight.
