SAUGERTIES - A Poughkeepsie man has been charged with causing a traumatic brain injury to a 5-month-old infant, according to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.Officials said Joshua Imboli, 25, was charged Thursday with reckless assault of a child, a felony.The investigation into the injury of the baby in the Village of Saugerties began on March 5, and involved Saugerties town police and the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center.
