WOODBURY – An Orange County woman and an Ulster County man were charged with drug possession after their vehicle was stopped on the Thruway on Saturday for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.State police said an interview with the driver and passenger established probable cause to search the vehicle.Troopers found approximately seven grams of cocaine in the vehicle.In addition, police said the driver, Vikky H.
