A Cedar Rapids man faces a robbery charge after he allegedly used a firearm to steal someone’s cellphone. According to the criminal complaint filed in Linn County District Court, Yahyness William Fields made arrangements with the victim to buy his cellphone and met with the victim at a prearranged location.
