A 17-month-old girl was taken by Lifeflight of Maine to an area hospital Tuesday evening after being bitten by a dog, The Times Record reports. The toddler from Wiscasset suffered serious injuries to her eye, and police said she would likely be taken to a Boston hospital. The girl was with the dog’s owners at their Raymond Road home just after 6 p.m.
