Teens that lost all in storm focus on giving during holidays

Abigail Nevils knows what it's like to be left with nothing. It's a feeling the Hardin-Jefferson High School cheerleader doesn't want any child to have this holiday season. Just months removed from losing her home to Tropical Storm Harvey, Nevils helped coordinate an Angel Tree gift program at her school. The goal is to get presents to less-fortunate children. All 30-plus children helped by Hardin-Jefferson's efforts are from Sour Lake, Nevlis said. "We know how it feels to lose everything," she said.
