TROY – A 40-year-old Cohoes man will be arraigned Tuesday in Rensselaer County Court on charges that he attempted to kill a woman in August in East Greenbush, according a countyJason M. Lonczak faces a five-count indictment arising out of an Aug. 23 incident on Coventry Lane when town police said he entered a female acquaintance's apartment.
