WASHINGTON _ All honeymoons ultimately end and the one between President Donald Trump and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer proved no exception Tuesday as Schumer lashed out at Trump’s possibly ending the estate tax, saying it would ``benefit the ultra-rich while leaving the middle class in this country out to dry.’’Less than a week ago, Trump, Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., forged a political alliance to win approval of a spending-debt package (along with hurricane relief) _ much to the chagrin of GOP congressional leadership.
