Amarillo City Council members said they are displeased with the lack of customer service shown by city employees to residents who have been calling to discuss their water bills. Customers who contacted the city after receiving a higher-than-normal water bill in August claim that their concerns were ignored and brushed off by city employees working in the water utility department.
