Flint water crisis: City gets $28 million in state aid

Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder signed a bill Friday to provide Flint with $28 million in funding to cope with ramifications of tainted water, damaged pipes and addressing heath ramifications of those who drank from the tap before authorities finally sounded the alarm.
