HEREFORD, Pa. (AP) — Officials say a 79-year-old woman who wandered away from her eastern Pennsylvania home died over the weekend. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office says Jeanette Casiolo walked out of her Hereford Township home late Saturday. She was pronounced dead at a hospital around 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Officials say Casiolo died of hypothermia and her death was ruled accidental.
