A 40-inch Samsung television was stolen from a residence on Main Road in Hanover Township early Saturday, police said.According to police, the tenant of a second floor residence on Main Road first heard a loud bang downstairs before hearing a speeding car leave the area.Police said a downstairs door appeared to have been forced open in the downstairs apartment and nobody was inside.The property owner checked the apartment and discovered a 40-inch Samsung television, with an estimated value of $500, was taken, police said.
