JEFFERSON CITY | Only days after a massive economic-development and tax-credit reform package collapsed in flames, Missouri politicians and business leaders are sifting through the rubble looking for answers -- and somebody to blame. The legislation would've created new incentives for business growth and reclaimed more than $1 billion in state revenues over 15 years, but died when House and Senate lawmakers failed to reach a compromise.
