Commemorating 400 Years Since Arrival Of Enslaved Africans

People gathered at the Chesapeake Bay in Hampton, Virginia, to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the arrival of first ship of enslaved Africans to the English colonies in North America in 1619. CNN's Natasha Chen reports.
