Colorado Springs Firefighters Douse Bus Fire

A bus fire Thursday morning was quickly extinguished without spreading to a nearby gas station, the Colorado Springs Fire Department said. The vehicle was parked at a Diamond Shamrock gas station, 4825 Galley Road, about 9 a.m. when the engine compartment caught fire. The vehicle owner and driver were outside of the vehicle when the fire started.
