By BILLIE STANTON ANLEU billie.stantonanleu@gazette.com -Clarica "Reese" Armstead takes voting seriously."As an African American, I think about what my ancestors went through for us to be able to vote. When my kids turned 18, they were registered to vote. It's a thing you have to do. Our forefathers fought for our right."Armstead serves as an election judge for Tuesday's Colorado Springs Municipal Election, sitting in a room at City Hall with plenty of other election judges, removing ballots from envelopes, inspecting, straightening and stacking them.Among them are Duane and Janet Voss, who on Friday sat accepting and time-stamping ballots at the front door of City Hall - their first time in that role after more than a decade of helping with local elections.
