Colorado Springs D-11 Candidate Forum Set For Tuesday Night

A candidate forum for those running for a school board seat in Colorado Springs School District 11 will be held Tuesday night, beginning at 6 p.m. at the district administration building, 1115 N. El Paso St. Citizens Project, the Pikes Peak Education Association and the League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region are presenting the nonpartisan event. The forum also will be broadcast live on Comcast Channel 16. Seven candidates are vying for four open at-large seats in D-11, the Pikes Peak region's oldest and largest school district that has about 28,000 students.
