Colorado Springs Business Leaders Recognized For Contributions

Colorado Springs business leaders were recognized Friday for their support of the arts community at the eighth annual Business and Arts Lunch.The event honored Susan Edmondson, president and CEO of the Downtown Partnership, as business leader for the arts, The Machine Shop in the category of creative workspace and Ent Federal Credit Union, for support of Ent Center for the Performing Arts at UCCS, for philanthropy.The awards are sponsored by COPPeR (Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region) and the Colorado Springs Regional Business Alliance."The arts don't work without business," said attendee David Siegel, executive director of the Bee Vradenburg Foundation.Read more on Colorado Springs Gazette
