PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Low clouds and foggy conditions are delaying some flights into Philadelphia International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration says inbound flights that haven't taken off yet Friday are being held up by an average of 41 minutes. Inbound flights already in the air are seeing delays of no more than 15 minutes. The flight tracking website FlightAware says 5 Philadelphia-bound flights and 2 outbound flights have been canceled as of 8 a.m. The site says 12 Philadelphia-bound flights and 10 flights from the city have been delayed. The National Weather Service says clouds are as low as 1,000 feet.Read more on NewsOK.com
