STAMFORD-After weeks of testimony in the case of a woman suing her dead doctor-father’s estate for sexually abusing her as a child and teen at the family’s Shippan summer home, attorneys are scheduled to make their closing arguments to a jury. According to her civil complaint, Spalter, a 47-year-old social worker living in Vienna, Austria, said her father assaulted her at least 30 times at the family's former home on Van Rensselaer Avenue.
