CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Indians have placed starter Carlos Carrasco on the 15-day disabled list with inflammation in his right elbow, voiding his six-game suspension. Carrasco was suspended by Major League Baseball on Aug. 1 for throwing at the head of Kansas City’s Billy Butler in a July 30 game. The Indians say the right-hander felt discomfort in his elbow after throwing seven innings at Boston on Aug.
