FRENCH CAMP — A 70-year-old inmate was found dead in the San Joaquin County Jail's medical housing unit Saturday afternoon, the Sheriff's Office has reported.According to a report, about 4:20 p.m. jail staff escorted medical staff into inmate Tony Alvarez Saenz's cell to take routine vitals.
