Delgado to hold town hall in Sullivan County on Saturday

Antonio Delgado will field questions from constituents in Livingston Manor on Saturday, his third town-hall gathering since taking office this month.Delgado, a Rhinebeck Democrat who unseated one-term Republican Rep.
