Now popular for its beach, Lake Lansing Park has long been a draw: As a Spiritualist haven in the 1800s and a beloved amusement park for decades.

Denny Vandecar owned several bicycle stores in the Lansing area over the decades, including Denny's Central Park Bicycles in Okemos.

"Whitmer and her anti-freedom cohorts are hellbent on shredding Second Amendment rights for law-abiding Michiganders," Kyle Rittenhouse said.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed a bill Tuesday allowing for alcohol sales at the state's public universities' football, hockey and basketball games.

Much of the policy is identical to language passed by Hartland Consolidated Schools in June.

The group of 16 Republicans includes a former state party leader, local officials and party activists who recently become involved in GOP politics.

"This is the largest planned growth in BWL's nearly 140 year history," BWL General Manager Dick Peffley said in a statement.

Nessel previously referred to the feds her probe into the group of Republicans who tried to award the state's Electoral College votes to Trump.
