City police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who stole items from a New Scotland Avenue wine store.Albany Police said Monday that officers responded to The Wine Shop, located at 265 New Scotland Ave., at noon Saturday for a burglary.

He showed the deputy a receipt for the property that he allegedly claim to have purchased for $180,000 with his 17-year-old girlfriend Carrie-Lynn Wheeler, deputies said.
