A Stamford man was arrested Saturday morning carrying about $200 worth of heroin and charged with peddling the drug at a downtown bus stop, according to Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin, head of the Narcotics and Organized Crime unit. Members of the narcotics and organized crime unit were alerted Saturday that Hilliard was selling heroin at a bus stop at Atlantic and Bank street, according to police.
